Lines in the World 5

The field goal posts are perfectly straight lines. The flag poles in the this picture are also straight lines.

Lines in the World 4

There is this eraser block at work. It took me 3 days to finally fit the pieces together the way they were made to. The way each line and change of direction works one way to make a perfect square.

Lines in the World 3

Tonight at practice I had one of my girls do a bow and arrow. Her leg becomes the bow and the intersecting line as her arm making the arrow.

Lines in the World 2

This was the view of my day. The power lines overhead with the difference of spacing makes the lines stand out.

Lines in the World 1

So I visited Messiah College this weekend and a friend of mine and I found this wood sculpture on their campus. I thought the over lapping and directionality of each piece of wood qualified it for this project.

Bad Composition

This is my phone case. Another example of bad composition. This is just a case or a picture there's no story to it.

Good Composition

This photo was taken using an app called SplitCam. It takes one photo and over lays it to another one. This is an example of Asymmetrical Balance, even though it is the same person she has a different expression from one side to the next making them asymmetrical.

Good Composition

This photo has a direction to it unlike my previous photo. It starts at the left side with Emily and then your focus is pulled to me and then ultimately ending at the right side of the frame.

Bad Composition

I think this is a bad example of composition because its in the center of the photo. As talked about in our video there's no direction to the photo just a person in the center aka Me.
